Who we are, how we are licensed, and how we are compensated when you buy commercial and employee-benefits insurance through Rockwood Insurance Solutions.
Licensed producer

- License: State-licensed insurance producer (Texas). National Producer Number (NPN) 9402266.
- Appointment: Independent broker contract with MassMutual; we also place coverage with other carriers as an independent brokerage.
- Errors & Omissions: Professional liability (E&O) coverage is in place.
- Verify a license: You can confirm any producer’s license through the Texas Department of Insurance (tdi.texas.gov) or the NIPR public lookup (nipr.com).
Compensation
When you purchase an insurance policy through Rockwood Insurance Solutions, we are typically paid a commission by the insurance carrier. Commissions do not increase your premium. Where we offer paid consulting, audits, memberships, or digital products, the price is shown on the page before you buy and is separate from any carrier commission.
Not a government agency
Rockwood Insurance Solutions is a private, independent insurance brokerage. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Health Insurance Marketplace, the Social Security Administration, or the Texas Department of Insurance.
